About Gouverneur Elite Boys Basketball Association

Our Mission

At Gouverneur Elite Boys Basketball Association, our mission is to provide an organized instructional basketball program for the youth of the Gouverneur area. The objectives of this organization will be to develop basketball skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship with a focus on fundamental development techniques.

Our Programs

We offer 2nd-4th and 5th/6th Grade Divisions for in-season training, along with 5th/6th, 7th/8th, 9th/10th and 11th/12th Grade Tournament Teams for out of season tournaments.
